Description:
The family tour turned into an extreme tour when heavy rain got us trapped and we had to winch all trucks out of a river bed until late into the night. There were some scary moments, but with good teamwork we got all vehicles to save ground. Some damages occured like bent bumpers and track bars, 2 burned clutches and 1 radiator exploded. Some participated for the first time with their own or new vehicles like member Andreas with his BJ 40 and soon to be members Peter Vollmann with a Wrangler Rubicon and Fritz with an ex military Pinzgauer. Martin Schaechter, who already did a tour with us last year and pulled quiet a few trucks with his blue Defender over obstacles this tour, decided to join our club too.
